LOCATION
Liberty Vision is located in Hamden, CT, at 2440 Whitney Ave., which is one and a half blocks north of Hamden's old Town Hall on the same side of the street.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Driving on Rte 15 (Merritt or Wilbur Cross Parkway): Heading north, take exit 61; heading south take exit 62. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Whitney Avenue (Rte. 10). Go past three traffic lights and turn left into the driveway of 2440 Whitney (look for the sign on the building "2440"). Our entrance is located at the rear of the building, directly off the parking lot. Enter under the large green awning, next to the picnic table.

Driving North or South on I-91: Take exit 10 to get on the Rte. 40 Hamden/Mt. Carmel Connector. Follow the connector to the end. Turn left onto Whitney Ave. Go exactly one mile and you will see on the right a two story medical building with a sign on it that reads Whitney Internal Medicine. Turn into the parking lot. Our entrance is at the rear of the building, directly off the parking lot. Enter under the large green awning, next to the picnic table.

From I-95: Get onto 1-91 North in New Haven. Take exit 10 to get on the Rte. 40 Hamden/Mt. Carmel Connector. Follow same directions as for I-91.
