Your vision is slightly blurred for the first few days while the eye is protected with a special surgical contact lens which is placed, maintained, and then removed by Dr. Gold. You don’t have to deal with the lens. During those first three days there are virtually no restrictions in your activities. Most patients can drive and work. A series of eye drops – lubricating, anti-inflammatory, and antibiotic – are necessary following the procedure.
