How Does Monovision Laser Vision Correction Work?

Monovision is created for people who not only have a distance vision requirement, but also need reading glasses or have been wearing bifocals.

We can create a situation in which the  dominant eye is corrected for distance vision and the non-dominant eye is corrected for close up vision.

That's why it's called monovision.

The eyes are corrected but the brain is where the adaptation takes place. Monovision is reserved for people who already are in bifocals or are already using reading glasses

So for the most part, patients who are beyond approximately the age of 45 can be candidates for monovision

Parking is located in the rear of the building. The entrance is under a large green awning, next to the picnic table.
